Creators retain ownership of their original work unless otherwise agreed in the project terms. By posting content on CollabPay, you grant us a license to display and distribute that content within the platform for the purpose of facilitating collaborations.
In the event of a dispute between users, CollabPay will act as a neutral mediator. We review all relevant communication and documentation to reach a fair resolution. Our decision in disputes is final and binding.
CollabPay is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may also close their accounts at any time. Upon termination, pending transactions will be processed according to their current status.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification.
